The DVD currently does not have a release date but Amazon.com is taking pre-orders, so be sure to pre-order yours today! Pre-Order: HERE
Timothy Olyphant (Deadwood) stars as “U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens”, based on the character from the Elmore Leonard novels, in the FX Channel’s Justified. The show’s tenderfoot season aired earlier this year, and now Amazon is taking pre-orders for a release of Justified – The Complete 1st Season on DVD. In addition, the e-tailer is showing that a high-def Blu-ray Disc version seems to be planned as well, although they aren’t taking advance orders just yet. These listings are prior to the official Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announcement for the title, so instead of a street date Amazon merely says “This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives” At least the cost is available for the DVD version of it, however, currently showing $49.95 SRP (you can, of course, guarantee your copy right away at a discounted price, if you order it using the above link). As we said, Amazon isn’t taking pre-orders for the BD version at this time, but they do show package art for that format, as well as the DVD version (both are seen below). There are no other details available so far at Amazon’s entries, but stay tuned and we’ll update you further on this title, just as soon as we find out anything more. Our thanks to longtime reader Kyle Stublen for the heads-up about this!
